Bilingual Customer Service Immigration Case Worker MD LATIN IMMIGRATION SERVICES San Fernando CA PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE IMMIGRATION FIELDM.D. LATIN IMMIGRATION SERVICE Seeking for a full time Immigration Bilingual Legal Assistant Required language Spanish Have a strong understanding of the following forms and processes I-130 I-140 I-485 N-400 I-765 I-131 I-90 I-821D I-864 Assist with initial client interview to obtain relevant case information. Assist Immigration Consultant with determining case issues Investigate compile and digest facts of the case Research and analyze legal sources Prepare appropriate forms regarding client matters before the Departments of Homeland Security Draft correspondence to clients etc . Coordinate with client to assemble documentation complete questionnaires and forms review case status etc . Review files on a regular basis and prepare regular status reports to client. Assist client in obtaining necessary documentation for application Be familiar with concepts of immigration and nationality law such as the requirements for non-immigrant and immigrant visas admissibility and deportation. Have excellent writing skills including a mastery of English and Spanish spelling and grammar. Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
