The Coordinator of Academic Success Coaching will be an active member of LASSO Center team and manage all aspects of the success coaching program. The coordinator will recruit train and manage success coaches conduct research in academic coaching to suggest best practices to the program and academic coaching field coordinate coaching outreach efforts and compile success coaching statistics for the LASSO Center Assistant Director. Additional duties as assigned. Required qualifications Bachelor s degree and two years of related experience. Prefer candidate with Master s degree and previous experience working as an academic success coach with undergraduate students as well as a candidate with International Coach Federation coach certification.
