Responsible and Affordable babysitter needed

My name is Justeen and my fiances name is Tyler. We have a 4 mon old daughter Paisley. We are located in Mexico MO and are looking for a full time babysitter. Someone who has references would be great. We moved to the area just over a year ago and arent really sure were to start with trying to find a GOOD babysitter. We both work full time and Tyler is currently finishing his degree in Nuclear Technology. We are both from Northern Illinois and plan to move back once he is finished with school. But we are interested in someone who could watch Paisley in the mornings afternoons and possibly unitl 9pm until May of next year. It really just depends on our work schedule since we both dont have the same schedule every week. I am also in the Illinois Army National Guard and have drill 1 weekend a month and would possibly need you to watch our daughter then. But would beable to give schedule for week and weekends in advance. We are negotiable with prices....
