available apr 15 private room no private bath w d in unit street parking I am moving into a fairly large apartment in the middle of Arpil and am looking to rent out one of the rooms. It is good sized you could fit a queen mattress. Your room will have a large closet. The bathroom will mostly be private but it is the only bathroom available to guests. I have a dog part time so you must be ok with him when he s there. No other pets are allowed on the lease. Your bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment as well. Parking is open but there is always parking in back near the door. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Dixie State. There is a grocery store and many restaurants nearby as well as a small park. I am asking 400 plus a share of utilities. There is also internet already in the apartment. There is also a 400 deposit. The rental agency also requires a background check which costs 35 for anybody over 18. I prefer a female roommate but am not opposed to a male. I am not opposed to working something out with a person with a kid either. I am not LDS but I don t mind if you are. No smoking. I am 28 and go to school full time with a full time job so I am gone a lot on week days. Please either email me or text me if you are interested.
