My roommates an I are attempting to sublease our 3x3 apartment at Campus Lodge Apartments. It is individual leasing for each renter and the lease is up in August with the possibility to resign for the following year as we are all relocating. I pay 525 per month with everything included (all utilities internet and WiFi) the other rooms vary by 5 based on room. The apartment is upgraded with black appliances 42 Sanyo flat screen that is mounted in the wall and wood flooring in the kitchen and living room. The apartment is fully furnished with queen beds in each room. Also included in the rooms is a desk night stand and dresser. We are all leaving May 1st they will be working over the summer and I am moving in with my fiance. We are flexible as to whether all three rooms are subleased by a group or individually.
