Bedroom with private deck and shared bathroom. All utilities included. Homeowner looking for a laid back person to share space with my 15 year old son and me. The house is comfortable with lots of space available if you need privacy or choose to be social. We have a dock on Ward Lake and are a quick walk from the Deschutes River and the Briggs YMCA if you enjoy swimming. Available May 1st (or earlier if the need is there).
