Ability to deal professionally courteously and efficiently with the customer and to remain calm under stress is extremely important. Our Account Resolution Specialists (3rd party) handle inbound and outbound telephone calls providing excellent customer service and creating a positive rapport with the customers while establishing arrangements resolution to a delinquent financial account. Customer service experience coupled with excellent communication skills are required will consider previous background in Banking mortgage sales retail student loans call center experience restaurant or debt recovery.
