Fourth Roommate Needed

We re are all three male students at UNL. We re losing a roommate in the fall so we would like to get a fourth guy or girl back in to make it more affordable. We are off campus about 5-8 minutes depending on traffic but I ve never had a problem leaving for class like 10 minutes before. Good sized house with upstairs and downstairs. You would have your own room. Although the two rooms with private bathrooms are taken so you would have to share the upstairs bathroom with one other person. Two car garage that we never use so if that s a priority it s all yours. Also plenty of parking on street.
