Ive got another place to stay right now so you can begin your lovely stay ASAP. Its a 4 bedroom apartment with 5 other roommates. The room is shared with another roommate but hes one of my buds and doesnt mind meeting new people. Im paying 515 right now but would be willing to negotiate since Ive already got another place for the summer. The lease goes until the middle of August but Im flexible since I dont want to pay for it if Ill be living elsewhere. Fully furnished same floor laundry building was built in 2008 right above QDOBA Not sure if there is still underground parking available but you can also park on the street next to the building as long as there are open spots. Currently 4 males and one female and during the summer it will be 3 males and 2 females in the apartment. Mostly UW-Students or graduated and responsible Two bathrooms that are shared and a nice living room and kitchen. Contact me for questions or to take a look at the place.
