The apartment is railroad style (meaning its very long not so much wide). We are on the first floor and have our own private entrance and access to the backyard. Because the apartment is railroad style this means that I need to walk through your room to get to mine. However (as previous roomies will contest to) there is plenty of privacy. I work full time (part of my week is in the office and some from home). My other roomie Anthony works full time. There is also my chocolate lab falcor. Hes wicked friendly and approachable. Everything in the apartment is newly renovated. We have central air that we do not pay for. Although I do ask that tenants pay for Internet ( monthly and that we split the gas bill (FYI our gas bill is typically ridiculously low-we had no bill to pay at all this winter). Everything else is included. The room is available for May 1 to July 1 as a friend will be moving in to attend college at that time. I hope to hear from you.
