Awesome guy looking for a great space (Twin cities)

So here s the deal I m 38 and I found myself recently single and needing to move out of my house of 7yrs. The gal is keeping the house. I have a 2 year old son who I have half the time.I have a small landscaping company (residential& commercial) and a start-up home brewing equipment business and need a bit of work living area. Ideally a mother in law attached to a garage shop or a very small 1-two beds home with a garage. I would like to stay in the metro area.I m looking at commercial spaces but if you have something kinda like what I described awesome Here s the plus side. If you hate mowing your lawn or your yard needs a facelift I can do that as part of a rental agreement. I m a cyclist and have been a race mechanic. I m handy with tools cars and home remodeling. Obviously I won t find this for free But looking to keep rent to around 3-5 hundred dollars or barter for services for a house share situation or up to 900.00 for a small home....
