I am a Semi-Retired Gentlemen who has a charming home in Simpsonville in a safe and secure community.I have rented out one room to a lovley lady and have one more room to rent. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house 2000 sq. feet It comes with use of all amenities Washer Dryer Micro. The backyard is facing farm land and is great to relax and read. I am a baby boomer and still love candles and low lights. Privacy will be respected I need a person that is dog friendly I do have a dog. This has a 2 car garage We are near all shopping and near 385 hwy. I would like to find a women to share so there will be 2 women in hosue.
