Ophthalmology practice servicing the Greater Hartford County area is seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving daily operations and managing financial clinical and human resources. The Practice Manager will participate in strategic planning and practice management with the Managing Physician. Successful candidates will have strong quantitative and analytical skills identify and create programs to meet the challenges presented by the rapidly changing medical environment and reduced reimbursements. Experience in a multi-physician multi-specialty multi-location practice is required. Candidates must provide documented successes and references. Clinical management experience is highly desirable. Bachelor s or Master s degree in business healthcare or related field is required. Salary starting around 150K with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits package.
