All stainless trim and chrome pieces were replaced with new components. The body panels are laser straight and all panel gaps are uniform. The Monte Carlo Red finish is flawless. The custom convertible top is crafted by a noted Michigan trim shop using Haartz Stayfast 848 Black which is a premium line of 3-ply toppings constructed of acrylic square weave facing rubber inner-layer and cotton backing. Interior All new interior with black carpet and stunning red white and black vinyl on the seating surfaces door and kick panels. All metal surfaces are finished in matching Monte Carlo Red. The reconditioned instrument panel is flawless in appearance and functionality. As expected all gauges instruments lamps etc. are fully operating condition. A high-end Alpine AM FM CD Stereo unit is neatly housed in the glove box. Engine and Driveline The engine is a new Ford 438 FE based on a 390 cu. in. stroker assembly rated at 500 hp with 500 lb-ft torque. It features Edelbrock aluminum heads dual 4-barrel carbs old school finned aluminum valve covers and ceramic coated headers. A new C-6 transmission and stock rear end with a 3.56 1 ratio bring up the rear. A power brake setup handles the stopping chores. The engine compartment is nicely detailed with just the right amount of chrome. The undercarriage underbody front and rear suspension and exhaust system of this show quality Sunliner is as sanitary as the topside of the car. Wheels and Tires New Polished REV Classic 100 15X8 wheels ride on new radial tires front and rear.
