Seller Says When I bought the home I was newly divorced after 29 years of marriage. I needed to find a place that I loved as much as what I was leaving. I lived in Franklin Farms for 25 years. I loved my home and my neighbors were my extended family. So I went on a hunt. First I needed to afford it so that meant something smaller than what I was leaving. I also was not handy with big home maintenance projects so a condo fit that criteria. Then I wanted something I would probably live in for the rest of my life so I needed 1) A gym - I work out every day. 2) Stores within walking distance. I didn t want to have to drive if I didn t have to. 3) The location to my parking space and the trash had to be close. I didn t want to walk by myself in the parking garage halls and elevators especially with my trash and groceries. 4) I wanted some place fun to go on my days off that was close so that I could meet new people. Reston Town Center is my favorite place. There are free concerts on Saturday nights festivals great restaurants and shops. Then the town of Herndon has Friday Night Live with free live music food and wine beer tents. 20.00 would get you dinner 2 glasses of wine and great music. Can t beat that 5) The home had to be close to my work. 6) It had to be beautiful. These things were met with this home and community. Bryson has a great gym that is never crowded. The first floor is close to the trash parking and the grill. I m a great cook and who can live without a steak on the grill am I right The grill is just outside my door It was 10 minutes from work and it is close to all these great places to go for fun. I also enjoyed walking to Frying Pan Park down the road on Sunday mornings and seeing the animals. I got to meet many of my neighbors and went to all the social events that Bryson held. Lastly it is simply a beautiful sunny clean and happy place to be. I remarried after 5 years and moved in with my new husband. I kept the condo and rented it because it was so great I didn t want to give it up.
