We are looking for one (1) Child Caregiver who can look after our 3 year old son. Applicant is required to start as soon as possible. Caregiver will live out and come to our home to provide services. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. (Note This is NOT a condition of employment) Language English Education College CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience. First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate Caregiver Certificate is an asset Experience 1-2 years experience in child-care willing to train Wage 11.30 per hour for 40 hours per week Terms of Employment Permanent Full-time Employment Conditions Day Evening Weekend Overtime Work Setting Employer s home Transportation Travel Information Public transportation is available Job Duties Tend to emotional well-being of child Take child to and from school and to appointments Supervise and care for child Prepare and serve nutritious meal Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home Keep records of daily activities and health information of child. Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents.
