Financial Client Service Associate

Our client an established firm located near Ossipee NH is seeking a Client Service Associate responsible for supporting its financial clients. Responsibilities include fund transfers monitor and forward alerts regarding overdrafts and trading issues collect and file wire instruction information insurance policy documents and year-end tax information prepare cash flow and budget reports maintain CRM database and other special projects as needed. Must have strong math problem solving communication organizational and time management skills and excellent PowerPoint Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with CRM Advent Axys and or Portfolio Center is preferred. Must be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative. A Bachelor s degree along with one year of experience in an operational role at a bank or financial institution is required.
