RN s needed to staff and provide oversight to medical group home in Prescott Valley serving 3-5 and up to 6 adults with developmental disabilities who have higher medical challenges. Performing skilled nursing tasks skilled nursing oversight and training oversight to other staff. Nursing assessments performed at least daily and PRN. Available on PRN basis for skilled needs of members served in the home. Documentation is online in HIPAA secure system. Managing and development of nursing care plans and monitoring documentation for each individual supported in home. Interacting with medical providers other state employed RN s and quality assurance units for the state. Providing nursing reports to doctors team members and families.
