Hi my name is Yvette and I lived in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley for most of my life. I am currently upstate and am looking re locate back home again. I have a held a job at a local performing arts studio in the last two years and should start back as soon as I can find a place. I am willing to rent a room in exchange for work which may include babysiting tutoring walking the dog housework and prepare meals. I can also do light yard work. The work exchange can be temporary until I get back on my feet financially and I will be able to pay rent monetarily.
