Real estate agency is looking for a part-time Regional representative a long-term temporary assignment that is slated to last approximately 1 - 2 years. The job duties of this position include Providing support to regional sales representatives Answering forwarded phone calls Responding to emailed correspondence Filing copying and scanning Composing letters Creating agreements based upon a template Additional duties as assigned They are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to provide overlapping coverage Monday-Friday from 9am - 3pm. Each employee will work 20 hours per week. The position will pay 30.00 per hour. Qualified applicants must have Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Excellent communication skills A stable work history
