Poultry Processing Unit For Sale Processing unit set up in a 48 refrigerated tractor trailer unit. Powered by a 4 cylinder Kubota engine for the cooler. It has wheels for transportation but they have been removed for ease if use. It is divided into three rooms a kill room evisceration room and a cooler. Includes a mostly completed HACCP plan as well as all material from HACCP class. The kill room is equipped as follows 6 wall mounted kill stainless steel kill cones with extras for larger birds or turkeys. Blood trough set to drain into a bucket. 41 rotary scalder with continuous water flow adjustable thermostat and timer and a two inch drain. 27 drum style plucker Stainless steel table hands free wash station piped hot and cold water and all necessary hoses. Pass through window into evisceration room. Evisceration room is equipped as follows Instant hot water heater which supplies the entire unit which includes two 100lb propane tanks on a switch so you won t run out of propane a hands free wash station stainless steel sink with stainless steel counter office area with fold down desk and office chair two more stainless steel tables for evisceration two food grade plastic chill tanks with lids and drains each capable of holding 75 birds all needed hoses and plumbing. Unit also has floor drains unit. In the cooler section All cleaning and disinfectant supplies two closets for everything else. Including packing bags thermometers all necessary knives and evisceration tools scales labels extra kill cones draining rack for birds burner to shrink wrap and package birds in first aid kit and more. Unit has a removable deck built off of the back where kill room is located and has a side door entry into the evisceration room with removable stairs.
