Adult Living Only 1596 sq foot located on the east side of Evansville 2 1 2 garage 4 bedroom home with a park right across the street and within a mile to area schools and local shopping. The city bus line is right outside my door as well I am looking for a mature roommate or roommates to share my home. I am non smoking & drug free and require you to be the same. But if you smoke you can (smoke outside) ONLY.You have to be a Dog Lover I have TWO rooms for rent - 1 and Half Bath access to washer and dryer and also have internet & Wi-FiA 400 deposit and 390 a month rent is what I require.This does not include utilities and water this is split 3 ways ( which isn t much ) and there is private parking with a big back yard and deck and privacy fenced in back yard. I will do back ground check and require FULL time employment that you must have been at for a least 6 months.
