Sushi Cook (1 vacancy) Position Sushi Cook Term of Employment Full-time Permanent Benefit 10 days paid vacation Salary 17.00 per hour Work Hours 8 hours per day or 40.00 hours per week Job Duties -Prepare and cook Japanese meals from the menu. -Make various types of sushi sashimi roll sushi and etc. -Make party tray and combination sushi. -Plan menus and determine size of food portions. -Clean own work area. -Train kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills.
