My parents are very good about doing all the required maintenance and all work was done at the dealer. The awning all tires and the battery were recently replaced brand new. All paperwork is available. No pets or cigarette smoke were ever in the RV. The only flaw is a crack on the left side wall of the refrigerators freezer compartment which we sealed with glue. In my opinion you are unlikely to find a cleaner more perfectly running and maintained RV.
