Southern Traditions Window Fashions a leader in custom window treatments and exterior shutters located at 319 Garlington Rd is looking to hire a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to build our retail trade and designer based business. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to effectively manage activities associated with developing new customers and trade associations and to expand sales within our existing customer base. The Outside Sales Representative is directly responsible for the supervision and maintenance of these activities to drive sales by introducing our programs and services while building a long term relationship. Job Function The candidate must be a team player possess an out-going personality with high energy hardworking and eager to learn this business from Southern Traditions Window Fashions staff and supplier representatives. Qualified candidates must be willing to work 40-50 hours weekly.(Must be willing to work some Saturdays if Applicable). Candidates must be able to verbally express our products and programs by phone and in person. The Outside Sales Representative candidate must have the ability to convey basic product and program information with a confident and persuasive delivery. Job Requirements Candidate should have outside sales and or phone sales experience. We are willing to consider candidates with at least 2 years of outside sales experience. The person should have an outgoing personality.
