The primary purpose of this role is responsibility for creating the business and or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs expected delivery dates and exceptional quality standards. Responsibilities Provide PFM Support for Allscripts Downtimes and Upgrades Registrations - Mange Sunrise registrations issues that flow to PFM and are related to billing Printers Workstations - Support PFM end user issues with regard to printers and workstations Charge Master Issues - Build items and support any issues related to the Charge Master Custom Reports - Build and troubleshoot custom reports Custom Reports are daily monthly quarterly and yearly Run MedAssets monthly data files Rerun report when the end user does not receive their auto generated reports Support General Ledger Sunrise Patient Finanical Manager Support Lab to hold new drug tests and panels Support Billing team Support end user open tickets Set up Budgets - take active role in budget planning config and testing Maintain and update Insurance Master add new Insurance Plans and update changes Create procedure documentation Update self pay accounts Set up budget statements Month end items Qualifications Academic and Professional Qualifications BA or BS degree preferred and or other relevant combination of training and experience and industry experience. Clinical Degree certification and or Licensing preferred but not required Experience 5-10 years Industry experience preferred 10 years expert level experience in providing business process support for Sunrise PFM recognized an expert in the organization in assigned product preferred Related experience in other revenue cylce products a plus Travel Requirements May require local travel May require other travel for business needs Working Arrangements May require after hours on call support Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards At Allscripts our greatest strength comes from bringing together talented people with diverse perspectives to support the technology needs of 180 000 physicians 1 500 hospitals and 10 000 post-acute organizations across the globe.
