Hello I m a 55 y o caucasian male. 5 6 tall. I m a Navy Veteran and a loving person. I am of average body type and I have a full time job that I go to Monday thru Friday. I have weekends off. Am looking for a woman that I can spend some time with getting to know. Someone close enough that spending time together won t be too much of a problem. I m looking for a serious relationship starting with friends and possibly working into something more. Eventually I would like a relationship with someone that would last for a very long time. My longest relationship was my marriage of 24 years. I m still not exactly sure what happened there but can tell you what I know if you d like to know. I m looking for someone that is about the same height as I am or shorter. Taller isn t really a problem if you don t mind a shorter man. Someone with an average body type. (Not looking for perfect) I myself am not perfect so there s no reason to be searching for perfect. I m a God fearing man though I worship Him in my own way. I haven t been to church in a long time though if the right person came along I wouldn t mind going to church with her. I do not mind if you already have children. I ve always wanted children of my own it just never happened. I love children and would love to have them around. A little more about me I live in Sedalia Kentucky. I just bought a house here it is a one story two bedroom and two bath home. It s very nice and it is actually a little too big just for me and my two dogs. Eventually I would like to have someone living there with me. The house is paid for the only bills are those I create. I do like to live comfortably. I m not rich by any means but I do have enough to be able to enjoy some of the things money can buy. However what I am actually looking for cannot be bought. It has to be sought after and it has to grow and flourish on it s own. It s the one thing that is missing from my life. I am the type of person that does not trust anyone. Trust has to be earned over time and the things that happen with everyday life. Once I get to know a person then I will begin to trust them. I m sure most women feel the same way at first. I ve had my heart seriously broken on more than just one occasion. But it s not enough to keep me from looking for the one that wants to stay. I love doing things outside. I m an outdoors person when it is warm. When it is cold I do my best to stay inside. I don t like cold weather since I ve had pneumonia three times and the last time was really bad. Almost too bad. I m looking for someone that wants to spend time with me and loves being outside in the warmer months. I have two acres of yard and I enjoy taking care of it. I m a very loving and caring individual. If that special someone is hurt I hurt. That s just the way I am. I am the type of person that will do anything I can to help out a friend in need. Good friends are hard to find these days it pays to be a friend to them as well. Especially in time of need. It s been eight years since I ve been in a relationship or even been on a date. So I m putting in a lot of effort to find someone special that is looking for the same thing I am in life. I ve had enough loneliness to last several lifetimes I m hoping to wipe that from my life completely. And hopefully to wipe it from someone elses life as well. I ve been alone way too long and it s way past time that I give my love to someone and let them know that there is someone out there that really does believe in love. I do have preferences when it comes to a woman. I am partial to dark hair and tanned or darker colored skin. Green eyes can keep me in a trance for a very long time. But they are only preferences and have no affect on how much I care or love someone. Real love can only be measured by the heart and how you feel for each other. You get out only what you are willing to put in.
