My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Branch Support Agent-Senior Duration 4 months of contract with the possibility of extension Location Toronto ON No. of openings 1 Shift Flexibility to rotate every two weeks between the following shifts 8 00 am 4 00 pm or 9 00 am - 5 00 pm Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Locating tax documents using different systems Mailing out requested documents Utilizing a system (Filenet) that produces tickets that need to be actioned - These individuals are tasked with processing these requests (tax slips t5s t3s) Skills and Competencies Tax documentation experience (T3 T5 knowledge) Experience mailing out documents containing sensitive information Data entry skills with excellent accuracy Experience with Filenet very nice to have Tax related experience Excellent organizational interpersonal written and verbal skills. Accuracy is key Detail oriented Experience working with a banking or FI environment EXPERIENCE 2-4 years experience in a call center in a similar capacity within the financial industry would be ideal.
