Looking for a Civil Engineer

Looking for a civil engineer that has experience in site design (utility grading) to complete Boston Water and Sewer Commission plans. I m looking for a smaller firm preferably a newly establish one-man shop or a moonlighter looking for side work. I have personally completed many BWSC plans and can guide you through the process if you are unfamiliar with the requirements.
