US A home away from home in the beautiful Cocopah RV & Golf Resort in sunny Yuma Arizona. We chose Cocopah because of its pet park we don t golf BUT whether a golfer or not you will love this resort. Situated on a cul-de-sac that wraps around a 2 acre pet friendly park with great neighbours on both sides our 1992 Santa Fe home has an Arizona room giving you so much more space than a single wide park model. Fully furnished with two sofa beds which allow us to sleep 6 comfortably it comes with a new fridge new freezer newer microwave stove dining room set small kitchen table with chairs 2 flat screen TVs and one is a smart TV easy to clean Berber carpet all cooking apparatus dishes linen and more. The fenced rear patio is lit and has a patio set for 6 and room for more if needed. Concrete driveway has overhead canopy. The shed has shelving tools a super working washer and dryer as well as a water softener. We also put in a new sprinkler system for the gardens. A lovely addition was a porch deck built 2 - years ago with composite flooring large glass insets and lit stanchion caps. We also have a 1994 Hyundai golf cart to toodle around the park in. Come and enjoy the many amenities that this resort offers golf all sorts of activities dances entertainment pool hot tub tennis court access to the Colorado River an in-house restaurant and more.
