Self-Description is difficult Basically I m NOT hard on the eyes> I have ALL my hair & teeth> generally in good health & practice good hygeine> no major health problems> short-salt & pepper hair> 5 10 & 220 lbs. some extra pounds I work at getting rid of But Not Obese I m in pretty good shape> used to run 5 mile per day until some old injuries & arthritis caught up with me & made those strenuous things too painful> I try to swim alot for low-impact aerobic exercise & of course walk alot too ) Basjiclly I try to stay active I m NOT a couche-potato I prefer an active lifestyle to a sedentary one plenty of time for sedentary when I die> But I do enjoy a quiet evening cuddling on the couche foreplay usually culminates in the ultimate act & I can & do perform I like to share the kitchen with my woman> I enjoy cooking & I have an AA in Culinary Arts (because I like good food) Not because I needed a job Do you like to cook together And I even help doing the dishes> I ve been known to do laundry too I m NOT a male-chauvenist But I like to joke about it ) Sometimes I say things just to see the reaction ) & I m quick with the sarcasm facesciuosness and the tease But its all good-natured and intended to keep things lite and interesting.
