Title Co. seeks a full time experienced Title Conveyancer . Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the title industry. Candidate must be a professional possess good customer service skills Duties include Review title search results and commitment and clear outstanding title conditions Familiar with Title Express software Understand and satisfy all title requirements Order lien searches payoffs insurance certificates and other closing related items Communicate with client customers Escrow Officer on the status of the transaction throughout the process Answer customer questions and resolve any issues that could impact closing Receive lender closing instructions and packages prepare HUD1 or CD for lender approval prepare closing documents. Input statuses into the software to effectively communicate the workflow within the office. Coordinate scheduling of closings and notifying all parties. Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
