1999 Dodge grand Caravan sport wheelchair van

This is a one owner custom Braun EnterVan it was top-of-the-line when I purchased it in 1999. It comes with. wheelchair tiedowns included. 300 000 miles on a 3.3 L V-6 transmission was rebuilt 2 years ago 2-year-old radiator with a brand-new Lifetime warranty waterpump new five-year battery tires about 75%. New shocks brakes were also checked and are about 80%. Van has a cold air kit (It comes with 2 oil bath filters with oil and cleaner this makes it easier to change so you ve always got one clean) It has a stainless steel custom tuner exhaust this is somewhat noisy but way cool.. Oil has been changed regularly with high mileage synthetic oil there is no leaks. Air conditioning and heat front and rear both work great. Body was painted 8 years ago with House of Colors candy apple red with a black racing stripe. Also added a sunvisor hood scoop custom grill custom headlights custom taillights and yellow driving lights with custom 17 Inch wheels that match the body. It also has an aftermarket stereo with a USB connection. Last year I noticed it had some severe undercarriage rust so it was put in the body shop to have The floor repaired with new metal then the underside was under coated. The cost for this was 2800. After the floor was repaired I had it sprayed with rhino bedliner instead of recarpeting it. This works great for the wheelchair and is super easy to clean this was done at a cost of 1000.Now for the bad the gas gauge does not work After he gets to a half it bounces back and forth to empty I changed the sending unit with new ones 3 times and I just can t seem to make it work. I always go by my mileage which is displayed either on the dashboard or in the overhead computer. The tilt steering column return spring apparently is broken so when you tilt the column you have to lock it in place with the tilt lever. This is not a big deal just a small hassle. This particular model and year also had an inherent problem with a plug on the back of the gauge pod occasionally the gauges will just all shut off if you smacked the top of the dashboard they will come back on. A YouTube video shows an easy fix or I also have another gauge good pod that will go with the van. I no longer have a spare tire or the passenger seat these were removed years ago and have been lost somewhere in the shuffle. The interior is pretty decent (could use a cleaning) but there is some holes around the dashboards where things were mounted. The power ramp goes down with the engine shut off but it doesn t always come up without the engine running I m guessing this is a voltage issue I m told it could be a ground issue but I ve never had it looked at we just always started the van when closing the ramp. Finally the body is not perfect there is some damage I tried to show it in the pictures. All that said the van starts with no problems it doesn t smoke and it goes down the road very straight and gets plenty of looks. I wouldn t be afraid to drive across the country tomorrow. My asking price is OBO partial trades will be considered.
