Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Clerk

Our client a small dynamic growing company located near Amherst NH is seeking a team-oriented talented AP AR Clerk reporting to the Controller. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable duties including vendor setup and maintenance coding invoices check runs and filing. Managing coding and paying credit cards processing expense reports bank reconciliations reviewing cash transactions to ensure they are recorded properly. Accounts Receivable duties including preparing customer invoices and credit memos receiving checks making deposits posting cash receipts maintaining petty cash entering and posting cash deposits. No collections work. Experience with Euro to US conversions is a plus. Additional administrative duties as required (e.g. answering the phones ordering and receiving office supplies back up to customer service). Must have experience with accounting and accounting software (MAS90 or Sage 100 is a strong plus). Strong organizational communication and multi-tasking skills are required.
