SME Consultant for Refinery Operations

We are a Management Consulting firm seeking a few Subject Matter Experts that can support the development of operating procedures for a refinery expansion. The expansion includes the addition of a hydro-cracking unit and associated Hydrogen manufacturing unit. The key sub-process includes - Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit (Naphtha and propane feed stock) - Hydro-cracking Unit - De-waxing unit - Sulfur recovery unit Candidate should have extensive experience in this area to provide technical support in the development of the operating procedures for both control room operations outside inspection and support. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in this field Preferably someone with work experience from Chevron Mobil BP or similar. Compensation commensurate with experience Position Type Contract position for 4-6 months with potential start date in Feb. or March 2016. Local candidates preferred. No relocation packages available. Location Most of the work can be performed remotely and occassional travel to CA office.
