We are willing to train a dynamic individual that possesses the ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Ensures that phones are answered in a timely friendly and professional manner. Investigates the needs of the caller to appropriately transfer the caller. Maintains cleanliness of the office through ongoing housekeeping and routine cleaning. Responsible for logging info on vehicles to submit for liens Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records. Logs all vehicles into computer and or filing system Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mail and faxes Daily invoice entry and auditing for accuracy payment and completion. Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks substantiating business transactions. Correctly prepares vouchers invoices checks account statements reports and other records and reviews for accuracy. Answers phones in a timely and courteous manner and directs the caller to the appropriate person. Operate credit card machine for funds availability or verify the funds manually. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Great communication skills with a high standard for customer service. Experience with Microsoft office including intermediate Excel skills
