The examiner will be hired as an independent contractor and must possess the following skills - be organized and detailed-oriented - be professional and responsive - have excellent verifiable phlebotomy skills - be able to provide record of current phlebotomy skills with minimum of 12 months experience. - have reliable transportation (with proof of insurance) cell phone computer printer multipage scanner and a valid email address. As an examiner you will be required to obtain blood urine samples medical history questionnaires vitals-using a manual blood pressure cuff (height weight pulse) and in some cases an EKG. Candidates will be able to set their own work schedule.
