I am offering an original (not a reproduction) early to mid-1900 s Japanese Hardwood Artillery Tripod. This 15 pound unmarked tripod s overall length is 59 which includes a 2.50 steel binocular mount. The round legs are 1.75 in diameter and include 0 < 3.50 adjustable swivel foot extensions. At their lowest setting the mounted binocular eye level would be approximately 60 . I had my Japanese Navy Big Eye Binoculars mounted on this tripod for over 15 years but recently sold them because I am moving to smaller quarters soon. The adjustable leg extensions were added within the past 10 years. Overall the cosmetic condition is excellent so it displays very nicely.
