Substitute teaching is a critical role in bridging this gap and providing Philadelphia students with the classroom continuity they need to succeed in education and life. Established in 2000 Source4Teachers manages the substitute program of 200 school districts throughout the East Coast. We currently employ more than 40 000 qualified substitute teachers paraprofessionals and school support staff.
