Help Low Income High School Students

Miami Community Charter School is located in Florida City Fl. We are a small school but with big dreams and aspirations. While our students have great potential they are inhibited by finances. The median income for the families of our students is 18 000 a year and 99% of our students receive free reduced lunch. The Class of 2017 is an extra special class in that they are in the position to achieve more than any other class that has preceded them A portion of our students are already taking college courses through Dual Enrollment and their passing rates on the state issued standardized tests are higher than that of other classes. They have high hopes for their Senior year and all that they can accomplish I do not want them to be restricted by the financial constraints that plague this area. We are hoping to use this money to take the students on a College Tour to visit the many prestigious Universities that the state of Florida has to offer. Any donation would be of great help.
