Mr Jerry lives alone his 90 he had his electric chair scooter that he rode to buy his cigars and other miscellaneous items his only way out since his car was broken into and he had to scrap it the week before they stoled his chair. Now he has not been able to do anything we have to and he gets no excercise no fresh air with his arthritis he cant push himself in the regular wheelchair we got him off craigs list but that is all we can spare now I been trying everything to help him but his insurance only allows him to get one chair free per life per person no replacements they do not cover theft.
