Doggy STOLEN. Want him back

My dog Snickers was being taken care of by a home health care nurse while I was going thru chemo for cancer. She supposedly quit her job gave my dog away and split to Canada. Her name was Tamara. I wan t my dog back as he was STOLEN from me. He had his left eye surgically removed is black with patches of light brown and white. I am on disability cause of my recurring cancer so I can t afford a reward. Just return him or let me know where he is because THAT S THE RIGHT THING TO DO.
