We are looking for someone with a full knowledge of residential construction and renovation work combined with estimating experience. The ideal person will have experience working with homeowners property managers and real estate agents. Ability to prepare detailed estimates and bids with knowledge and understanding of construction costs and labor costs. Proficient at Microsoft Excel and able to meet deadlines in a quick paced environment. Ideal Candidate will possess A strong work ethic with a go getter attitude. Able to work with limited supervision. Ability to resolve complex issues when they arise. Able to work in coordination with other contractors and the office coordinator.
