Director of Residential and Support Services

Ensure services to support individuals w disabilities in residential homes and supervise management staff in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Responsible for the overall operation of residences including compliance with State Federal regulations staffing and budget management while ensuring high quality services are provided. Qualified applicants will possess BA BS in Human Services or a related field and 5 years of experience 3 of which must be supervisory previous industry experience preferred. Excellent oral & written communication organization and management skills required.
