9am-5 30pm (four weekdays) and every other Saturday 10am-5pm Full-Time benefits and discounted apartment after 90 day probationary period Customer service skills are a must experience is strongly preferred Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion Computer skills Microsoft word and knowledge of Internet Email and Social Media as it pertains to marketing of community Superior sales skills and Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong professionalism communication and people skills Job description River Chase Apartments is a professional atmosphere assisting prospects in leasing 1 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Duties include -Open the leasing office daily ensuring the office is neat and clean taking phones off overnight service checking and responding to voicemails. -Daily property walks taking prospective residents on a tour of property and viewing apartments. -Utilize proper phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing phone calls made to residents and prospects. - Provide information about the apartment community to the prospective residents. -Complete guest cards on all prospective residents and enter that information into the management software. Follow up with those prospects. -Processing applications and required forms providing information and collecting deposits and fees in accordance with Fair Housing practices company policy. or stop by the office during regular office hours to fill out an application
