Job Description Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of 1 employee and oversees the operational projects of the warehouse including prioritizing projects scheduling equipment service repairs preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned. Specific Responsibilities Include Compliance with all Safety Environmental and Operating Standards Providing leadership supervision and planning to achieve all warehouse operating objectives Assisting in short and long-range planning of maintenance activities Monitors and oversees Quality of Work Engages in Preventative Maintenance Program on all equipment Participate in phases of employee management including write-up of employees when disciplinary actions are needed Interaction with Operations Manager for warehouse personnel hours Other Duties as assigned Required Skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments Excellent interpersonal communication planning problem solving and organizational skills Strong Customer service skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people Basic Computer skills required Related Experience 3 - 7 years related experience preferred in a progressively responsible operations role Internal applicants must have a minimum of 18 months in their current position and a solid satisfactory or above performance rating.
