We re a direct contractor for Home Depot and looking for self-insured subcontractors. Must have your own Workers Comp and Liability Insurance or acquire it within the first 30 days of work. No exceptions. Must have a company name to receive payment or dba. Subcontractor crews MUST be willing to adhere to all HD policies & procedures including uniform. All members of the crew must have own unmarked transportation tools no exceptions. Every subcontractor have a valid ID. For every crew they must provide at least ONE valid driver s license per crew. Crews are 3 -- 5 man per job. Lead and crews must be able to pass background check. Must pay for own background check reimbursable if passed. Background checks take several weeks All members of the crew must have own transportation tools no exceptions. All contracts are time sensitive. Must have cell phone and email. Must be willing to do paperwork and willing to provide pictures of work daily. Year round work for the right crews. Must have verifiable work history and pictures of past projects. Don t bother applying if you re not willing to stand behind your work. All materials provided by company. Crews must be willing to travel within a minimum 50 mile radius of Chicago NOTE If you do not complete the job correctly and professionally you will NOT be paid.
