Hotel Facilities Manager

Immediate full time position to manage maintenance concerns oversee chef and housekeeping staff address remodel requirements and ordering request for multiple commercial and residential properties in the Martin County area. Seeking strong operational experience in a management role with 5 years minimum in field of hospitality or treatment center type companies of 500 bed capacity or more. Also must possess ability to coordinate with construction manager to timely order and install components necessary for complete of project. Excellent time management for demanding urgent schedules and deadlines is mandatory . Background check and drug screen will be administered.
