MOTHER AND DAUGHTER URGENTLY SEEKING 2BRM HOME IN EAST COUNTY A

Me and my daughter have until Dec 31 2015 to be moved out of the condo we have been renting in Granite Hills because the owner would like to move back in here asap. She began renting to us mainly because she had been taking care of her father who was ill and since he could no longer easily make it up and downstairs here she moved into a single story home in order to best care for him... Unfortunately he passed away recently and although we have been great tenants she no longer wants to live in the home where he has died and would like to just move back into her condo here asap which is understandable but very stressful for me and my daughter since we are accustomed to a structured and stable environment and now urgently have to find a new home. Although we were blessed to be selected as participants in the San Diego Housing Commissions Housing Choice Voucher Program we have not been able to find a new home accepting our voucher and will be homeless if we dont find one soon Our voucher provides us assistance with a 2 Bdrm rental unit anywhere in the East County with the amt of rent totaling up to 1370 a month if rent includes utilities or 1300 if rent does not include utilities. We have never been evicted from any of our previous homes and have lived at all prior addresses for at least 3 yrs...
