One of our reputed Major Banking Client is looking for AML Data Analyst Duration 6 months with possibility of extension Location Downtown Toronto Responsibilities This individual will be researching and inputting client data into the AML book of record using open source and internal systems Conduct searches with LexisNexis Screen customer and role player names against designed Watch Lists to identify any potential sanctions or Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) Conduct a full review of the files for a select segment of clients ensuring that appropriate documentation is received and that each customer profile is update with applicable information timely fashion. MUST HAVE 2 years of AML experience general familiarity - AML fraud analysis knowledge would be an asset (i.e. fraud investigation experience) CAMS Certified Anti-Money Specialist certified NICE TO HAVE Prior experience working within a financial institution Familiarity with in-house systems CM CIF APMS and Adaptive 2 years bank AML adjudication experience Technically savvy and ability to learn quickly Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment Auditing background would be helpful Problem solving (Working) Organizational Understanding (Working) Risk Management (Basic Microsoft Suite of Products--Basic to Intermediate) Education Certifications University degree required Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
